About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga supports the nervous system, strengthen the connection between mind and body, and help release stored stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm. It may also help balance your energy, improve self-awareness, and create a greater sense of calm, grounding, and clarity. Because Kundalini Yoga works directly with the breath, body, and nervous system, many people notice shifts after even one class.
