What to Expect from "Healing Hearts" Workshop:

Each week, you’ll be gently guided through live, interactive sessions (2.5 hours) with me—
a Licensed Trauma Psychotherapist, Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner, and Mind-Body Healing Expert specializing in healing from childhood abuse.

 

You’ll be held in a safe, supportive community of women who understand what it means to carry deep wounds—women who, like you, are ready to heal, grow, and come home to themselves.
